Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and personal care tools, are ineligible for return due to hygiene standards.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
